BITTER GOURD CHIPS
(with no bitter)
Ingredients
Bittergourd-2 nos
Salt - to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - to taste
Lemon - 1
Directions
- Slice the Bitter gourd in a bowl into thin slices to the thickness of potato chips.
- Add turmeric powder, salt and Lemon juice and keep it aside for 1 hour
- Deep fry the Bitter gourd and drain the oil in a stainer.
- Now add Chilli powder to taste.
- Bittergourd chips is ready with no Bitterness.
